Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not right for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@honormyspirit.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.
