We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their local government.
We are unable to predict or control these fees and recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties and taxes, any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
